How to Reset Netgear Router

There are 2 types of reset process mentioned as below:—-

Cold Reset:

• Unplug from /everything/ for 10 seconds.
• Plug in the power.
• Plug everything everything else.

Factory Reset:

• Unplug everything.
• Press and hold the factory reset button
• While still holding it, plug in the power.

Note that Factory Reset will not actually return it to the state it had in the factory if it has had any kind of firmware update. If you have updated the firmware, and the new firmware supports Factory Reset, then it should return to the baseline settings of that specific firmware version.
